Every visit includes a quick topper refresh on coated surfaces to keep hydrophobic behavior peaking.
Vacuum, wipe-down, leather condition, and glass - included every visit, not upcharged.
The on-site process
01
Full detail baseline so we know the vehicle's state before ongoing service starts.
02
4-week, 6-week, or 8-week visits based on how the car's driven and where it's parked.
03
Exterior wash, wheels, interior refresh, and coating topper - same checklist every time.
04
One deeper detail per year included - clay, mild polish, and coating boost.
Homes in The Village, North Claremont, Claraboya tend to have more than one car in the garage. The maintenance plan is built for that - one visit, multiple vehicles, one bill.
Consistency is the whole product. A coated Claremont car on a 6-week rotation looks noticeably better than the same car detailed twice a year on impulse.
Want to try maintenance without committing? Book a one-off detail in Claremont first, then upgrade to the plan at your next visit if you liked the work.
The full breakdown
A single annual detail - even a great one - resets a car for a day and then lets it slide for the next 364. Contamination in Claremont does not take a year off. Sprinkler mineral, freeway fallout, brake dust, tree sap, foothill dust, and UV are all working on your paint every week. A maintenance plan is the difference between chasing that contamination once a year and staying ahead of it on a 4-to-6-week cadence.
Claremont's tree canopy is the densest in the eastern LA basin - beautiful shade, brutal on paint. The car that gets touched by the same technician every month is the car that never develops the compound problems - the etched water spots that need correction, the swirl marks that need a full polish, the interior stains that need extraction - because those problems get caught and fixed at week two instead of month twelve.
Every visit follows the same written checklist. Exterior: pre-rinse, snow-foam dwell, two-bucket contact wash with grit guards, wheel and tire clean, exterior glass, spray topper on coated surfaces for hydrophobic maintenance, dedicated microfiber dry or filtered blower. Interior: full vacuum including trunk and floor mats, wipe-down of every touch surface (steering wheel, shifter, door pulls, cup holders, infotainment), leather condition if applicable, interior glass, air freshener touch-up if requested.
A recurring visit runs 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on vehicle size and how contaminated the car is when we arrive. Members in The Village, North Claremont, Claraboya with garage-kept cars are on the shorter end; daily drivers with school runs and freeway commutes are on the longer end. Either way, the scope and the price are locked at the plan level - you know what you are getting every time.
The first visit for every new Claremont member is a full detail, not a recurring visit. Purpose: get the car to a real baseline so future recurring visits are actually maintenance and not "catch up plus maintenance." Full interior extraction if needed, full exterior decontamination wash (iron decon, clay mitt, IPA wipe), one-stage polish on any panel that needs it, and if the car is coated, a coating inspection to confirm hydrophobic behavior.
We also map the vehicle on the first visit - paint gauge readings, coating type and install date if known, interior material notes (leather vs alcantara vs cloth), and any client-specific requests (pet in the car, kid car seats to work around, aftermarket wraps or PPF to treat differently). All of that lives in your file so every subsequent visit is calibrated to your specific car.
Four-week cadence: heavy daily drivers, cars parked outside full time, cars with kids or pets in daily use, coated cars where the owner wants near-showroom presentation between visits. This is the cadence for someone in The Village, North Claremont, Claraboya who drives 15,000-plus miles a year and cares.
Six-week cadence: the default. Mixed-use garage-parked Claremont cars, moderate mileage, some outdoor exposure. This is the cadence that produces the best cost-to-result ratio for most members and is where most of our Claremont plan sits.
Eight-week cadence: garage-queen weekend cars, low-mileage second vehicles, or ceramic-coated cars where the owner is comfortable with a longer window between visits and does light maintenance washes in between. Not appropriate for daily drivers.
A lot of Claremont households have more than one car. The maintenance plan is priced to make covering all of them worthwhile - additional vehicles at the same address are discounted, and we can service every car in one visit if the driveway has room and the water and power are available. That is more efficient for us and cheaper for you than three separate appointments.
Mixed fleets are common: a coated daily, an uncoated second car, and a weekend classic that only needs quarterly attention. We can run different cadences on different cars in the same household and consolidate them into the visits that make sense. One bill, one schedule, one point of contact.
A maintenance plan is not a substitute for correction or coating installation. If a Claremont car needs paint correction, it needs paint correction - the maintenance plan protects the corrected result, it does not replace the correction. Same with ceramic coating installation; that is a separate service and separate cost, and the maintenance plan starts after.
The plan also does not cover collision damage, deep scratches from vandalism, chemical damage from spilled fuel or industrial fallout, or interior damage from spills that were left to set for weeks. Those are recovery jobs, quoted separately, and members get priority booking on those too.
We cap the number of active maintenance members per city. The reason is honest - we can only run so many recurring visits per week before priority booking stops being priority booking. In Claremont the cap is set so that current members can move a visit forward or back a week without competing with 40 other people for the same slot.
When the cap is full there is a wait list. That is not a marketing tactic. It is how the plan stays worth paying for. If you want in and the cap is closed, ask to be added to the list and we will confirm when a slot opens up.
"They treated my '89 911 like it was theirs. I trust exactly two people with that car now."
