Estimates & quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide and a visual assessment of the vehicle. Significant differences in actual conditions (paint condition, prior coatings, contamination, size, or access) may require an updated quote before work begins.

Scheduling & weather
Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. We may reschedule for rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions without penalty. We will give you as much notice as possible.

Vehicle access & utilities
You agree to provide reasonable access to the vehicle and a safe work area. Our trucks are fully self-contained (water and power), but shade, a covered garage, or a level driveway is preferred for coating cures. If we arrive and the vehicle is inaccessible, a trip charge may apply.

Customer responsibilities
- Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to interior service.
- Disclose aftermarket paint, prior coatings, wraps, PPF, or known paint repairs.
- Disclose mechanical or electrical issues (leaks, non-working windows, dead batteries).
- Keep pets and children clear of the work area during service.

Pre-existing conditions
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to failing clear coat, deep scratches through paint, prior body filler, aftermarket wraps or PPF lifting, cracked trim, or interior components weakened by age or sun. Some defects (etching through clear coat, oxidation past the base coat, permanent stains) may not fully come out.

Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, cash, and ACH for fleet or commercial accounts. Past-due balances may accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee.

Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 3 days of service and we will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional cost.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Insurance
Black Card Detailing is licensed and insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request for commercial and fleet accounts.

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions without our written permission.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
